Who handles your data

What we collect

When you request an installation: name, mobile number, town, postcode, type of property, water source, chosen tap, contact language, notes and two photos of your kitchen.

If you accept measurement cookies: technical browsing data collected by the Meta pixel.

Why we use it

To answer your request, prepare and book the installation, issue the invoice and honour the warranty (performance of a contract and pre-contractual steps).

To send you a filter-change reminder, only if you asked for it (consent).

To measure how our Meta ads perform, only if you accepted measurement cookies (consent). In that case we send Meta hashed data from your request so it can be matched to the ad.

Who we share it with

Cloudflare (website hosting), Google (spreadsheet, photo storage and email), Meta Platforms (WhatsApp and, with your consent, ad measurement). These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Requests that don’t lead to an installation: up to 24 months. Customer data: for the warranty period and as long as tax law requires. Photos: deleted 12 months after installation.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@limpida.pt. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).

Cookies

Necessary (no consent needed, because without them the site can’t do what you asked): your cookie choice and the site language, kept in your browser’s local storage until you clear it; and, after you send a request, your name, town and request reference, kept only until you close the tab, to show the confirmation page.

Ad measurement (only with your consent): if you click “Accept”, the Meta pixel sets the _fbp and _fbc cookies (up to 90 days) so we can tell whether a request came from an ad. If you decline, the pixel is not loaded.

We don’t use statistics, preference or other third-party cookies. You can change your choice at any time under “Cookie settings” in the footer; if you withdraw consent, we delete the Meta cookies.
